Looking to get more reps?
Attend a MAQ Reps session. MAQ Reps are small on and off the court/field group sessions broken up by grade/age level. The idea is to get in as many quality position specific reps as possible in a 50 minute session. We encompass and cover every and all aspect of the individuals position. Each session also includes vertical, speed, dynamic movement, hips, explosion, first step, band resistance etc. All sessions include aspects of our legendary proprietary training methods. The use of modern equipment such as quickboards and vertimax’s, will help players overcome their weaknesses in order to get them to match up with their strengths. As always, a huge component that has made all MAQ athletes lethal, is the development of upper/lower body symmetry and hand eye coordination at the highest levels.
You will receive quick and on the point coaching pointers from our amazing staff of proven winning coaches throughout the entire session. Therefore, ensuring no “bad reps” left unfixed or learned.
