Summer 2024 Training Information

Deadline to register is May 1, 2024

A $200 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT! This deposit goes towards your summer program payments.

Summer Training Starts the week of June 3rd, 2024.

1 Hour Training Session Availability for 2024

  • Option #1: Mondays – 1 hour training sessions are available to be scheduled between 9am-6pm
  • Option #2: Tuesdays – 1 hour training sessions are available to be scheduled between 9am-1pm or 3pm-6pm
  • Option #3: Wednesdays – 1 hour training sessions are available to be scheduled between 9am-6pm
  • Option #4: Thursdays – 1 hour training sessions are available to be scheduled between 9am-1pm or 3pm-6pm

**Summer schedule will not officially be finalized until the last week of May.** 

Important Notes

  • All summer 2024 workout sessions must be completed by September 1, 2024.
  • Once you register for summer, all summer program sessions chosen (8 or 16) are owed in FULL regardless of whether or not all sessions are used. 
  • Any cancellations less than 48 notice from the workout time will be charged and will count as a session attended.

MAQ Philosophy

It is that time of the year again!  It’s time to train hard and again an EDGE in the off season in order to prepare yourself for the regular season.  Our athletes had incredible success last off-season training and we look forward to even better results this year.  Due to the overwhelming success of past years summer training, there will be limited spots available this year.

To ensure the MAQ philosophy of small athlete to trainer ratio, we are only tsking the first 125 athletes that register.  Although we could fill many more, we feel this small athlete to trainer ratio is what makes our program so successful.

The workouts will be custom to each athlete’s needs and position.  Each session will include a complete dynamic isometric warm up, strength, speed, plyometrics, band/resistance training, and a realistic on court/field fundamentals with gameplay.  Each athlete will undergo a complete evaluation process and be tested at the entry and exit of their program.  Results will be charted and sent home to parents for review to see the progress made.  It is encouraged to show these results to coaches.

As in previous years, each athlete will receive a full take home workout tailored to their specific sport and position.  We ask that these workouts be performed 2-3 days a week.
