Private Athletic Speed and Strength Development

Attention to individual athletic needs and goals. Testing and progressive charted training. At home workouts given. Nutrition help. Generally 2-1 athlete to trainer ratio.
Time: 1 hour

Elite Training Classes

Flexibility, plyometric, and strength work with a group of up to 10 athletes.
Time: 1 hour

Individual Speed and Strength Training

Sport and position specific. Speed, vertical and strength progression. Will be one on one or up to 1 other athlete. Limited Time available
Time: 1 hour

Team Training

Speed, strength and vertical training based on sport specific goals for teams.
Teams of 10 or more athletes
Time: 1 hour
